Our Club has a rich history since its establishment in 1967 and our women’s football has continuously led the way for over a decade since being established in 2009.
Simply La Best
In 2018, the La Trobe University Sports precinct underwent extensive upgrades to provide a modern state-of-the-art Australian Rules Football oval 160 metres in length and 130 metres at its widest point (approximately 20,000 square metres). The ground has been named ‘Tony Sheehan Oval’ in honour of our Distinguished Alumni Award recipient (2010) and club games record holder (321 games).

The annual autumn oversowing on Tony Sheehan Oval, La Trobe University Sports Park has been completed and training nights revert to Tuesday & Thursday as outlined below from Tuesday 28th April.
